A strong warranty program starts with understanding your business.

That’s why Taylor and the Warranty-RE team take the time to learn how each contractor operates, from how many systems you install to how you currently handle labor warranties and future claims.

There isn’t one warranty strategy that fits every contractor.

Our job is to help you understand your options, ask the right questions, and determine what makes sense for your business.

Because a better warranty program starts with a better conversation.

Most contractors know they need money available for warranty work. But what actually happens when a claim comes in?

With a properly structured labor warranty program, funds are reserved ahead of time to help cover eligible future claims.

When a covered issue happens, the claim is reviewed. If it qualifies, the warranty program can use those reserved funds to pay the covered labor costs.

That means you are not simply hoping you have enough cash available when warranty work shows up.

The goal is simple: plan for tomorrow’s claims while you’re doing today’s work.

The best experts never stop learning.

Our team at Warranty-RE is always looking for opportunities to expand their knowledge, connect with other business leaders, and bring new ideas back to the contractors we serve.

The more we learn and connect with other business owners, the better we can help our clients understand their opportunities, make informed decisions, and build stronger businesses.

Tim started his business in 1994, but his story goes far beyond his 30+ years of experience.

Tim lives on a small farm in Virginia with his family, horses, dogs, and chickens. For more than 20 years, it has also been a place where groups of children can spend their summers swimming, fishing, exploring, and simply enjoying the outdoors.

He is a business owner, husband, father of eight, grandfather of four, and someone who believes in using what he has built to serve others.

That heart for people, family, and relationships is at the center of who Tim is and how he leads Warranty-RE.

Your labor warranty can do more than protect your customers. It can also help make your business more valuable.

Think about it this way:
When you use a traditional warranty company, you sell the warranty and send money to someone else to help cover future claims.

With a contractor-owned warranty company, you own the company behind the warranty.

Over time, that can mean you're not just building a bigger contracting company. You're building more value behind the company.

That's why we encourage contractors to stop thinking of labor warranties as just another expense.

Your warranty program can be part of your long-term business strategy.

Most contractors know what their labor warranty covers.

Far fewer know how the program itself is structured.

That matters because the answers to questions like these can affect more than customer protection.

The strongest contractors do not just look at the coverage. They understand the structure behind it.

If you cannot confidently answer these five questions, it may be time to take a closer look at your current labor warranty program.
