We were honored to be trusted with the repair and re-opening of The Ipswich Methodist Church, a historic part of the community that deserved careful, expert attention.

Our team worked closely with engineers, inspectors, and church leadership to navigate structural reinforcement, electrical upgrades, accessibility improvements, life-safety enhancements, and full code compliance across the board.

Bringing this building up to modern standards while preserving its character was both a challenge and a privilege. Today, seeing the doors open once again and the congregation return to a safer, stronger, and revitalized space makes every step worthwhile.

We’re entering the final stages of an incredibly meaningful renovation project! Interior updates are nearly complete, with all-new utilities now in place. Our crews are shifting focus to the exterior handicap-accessible entryway, working with care to preserve the historic character and architectural beauty of the church.

This project has come a long way — from demolition and framing to fine finishes — and it’s been an honor to collaborate closely with the Architect and Reverend throughout the journey.

This striking built-in was custom designed and built for one of our amazing clients — featuring bold navy cabinetry, sleek storage, and elegant gold hardware. Using our in-house CAD capabilities, we meticulously planned every detail to ensure both beauty and function.

We also incorporated a color-matched HVAC grill directly into the built-in for a seamless, integrated finish. The high-gloss ceiling and statement light fixture bring the space to life with a modern, luxurious feel.

Every element was thoughtfully executed — from concept to completion — by our expert team.

This year marks an incredible milestone: 26 years since Giacomo started with Giacalone Contracting. He and Tony have worked side by side since 1998, and Giacomo has been an essential part of our journey every step of the way.

Known for his unwavering dependability and expertise, Giacomo truly knows how to do it all. His work speaks for itself—consistent, high-quality, and efficient. But what sets him apart even more is his character. Those who know him will tell you he’s one of the kindest, most selfless individuals you’ll ever meet.
