We saved this customer thousands.

After verifying this well line was compatible with municipal water (not all well lines are!) we cut off the well and connected the line to city water. This solution required only a 30ft trench vs. 150ft + of trench and lots of disruption to landscape and decks.

This customer was only disconnected from a water source for 10 minutes & we added a connection to the well for seasonal irrigation.

Waterline connection and pavement all taken care of in one work day!

This house got a serious facelift!

This addition will be the ultimate summer hangout.

We added a 600sqft conditioned sunroom to this house along with 2 mahogany raised decks paired with a cable rail system.

New pavement, windows, siding, and trim on the existing house helps improve the overall look.

Getting some stain on the decks and handrails and we are out of here!

Getting our 40ton machine moving!

Had the pleasure of taking care of the excavation for this custom home. Currently the the highest listing price on the Northshore, now under contract.

Cleared out some snow to get 4 of these frost posts in the ground, and finished off the day getting our machine and some materials in place to start up a 70’ long Boulder wall tomorrow.

Precast concrete frost posts (also called deck footings) are typically used to support decks and porches. For these applications, frost posts are installed in the ground below the frost line, with only the tops exposed.

A homeowner walking her dog stopped by one of our sites and said she, her husband, and general contractor couldn’t find anyone to dig their foundation. We made an extra effort to squeeze them in and get their project moving before the ground freezes.

Wrapped up the excavation for this addition today.

We did this foundation in two segments, so the builder could get going on the main house while we completed the breezeway and garage.
