We know affordable, accessible childcare is a barrier to entry for many adults who want to work. Years ago, we created flexible part-time roles for parents and caregivers to be able to work around their kids' schedules. Now, we're expanding our support of working families by partnering with Flourish Early Learning Center for safe and reliable child care for our team members.

We've also taken it a step farther by supporting our team members who may be caring for an aging parent or a disabled family member. We offer a monthly stipend to assist with the cost of their care as well.

Although she is difficult to spot in this photo of an incredible group of leaders, our own VP of Finance & Analytics Courtney Bick is among this year's Leadership Tuscarawas class members. We know that Tusco and Courtney will benefit greatly from the program and we look forward to an excellent year ahead!

The 24th Leadership Tuscarawas class is off to a great start at Mohican Lodge and Conference Center. This is another record year for enrollment in the program. A beautiful sunny day at a great venue.

We are introducing a new curricular model for the program: LEAD-TUSC, based on Brene' Brown's landmark book, Dare to Lead.

Length of tenure is a point of pride for us at TuscoMFG. Many of my team members have been with the company for over a decade, including our two team members celebrating their Tusco work anniversaries this month.

We are incredibly grateful for the years of expertise that Lonnie Meek and James Smith have cultivated at Tusco. Their dedicated service to their teammates and our clients keeps projects moving through our plant so we can deliver on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.

Michael has been involved with TEAM Tusc since the very beginning, helping strengthen connections between manufacturers and educators to build a skilled workforce for the future.

It was another FANTASTIC turnout for the Women’s Success Series at Kent State University at Tuscarawas! Dr. Vicki King-Maple shared her message of “Minding the M&M&Ms” to create and share Meaningful Messages that Matter in our organizations.

In addition to the keynote presentation, the 2026 Class of 40 Leading Ladies of Tuscarawas County were also recognized today. Congratulations to each of them on their outstanding leadership in our community!
