🚨EMERGENCY SAME DAY SERVICE🚨

This job consisted of a 100 gallon (commercial application) boiler swap out with minor inlet and outlet water, fresh air, exhaust, and gas repiping.

As seen in the first few pictures this boiler and riser room needed a major rehab.
Turnpike arrived to the job-site in a timely manner and got right to work on this seamless removal and install.
The customer was relieved that their issue was handled properly and efficiently in order to restore hot water functions to their restaurant.

While performing a whole home plumbing inspection we found a “may-pop” in the attic of an older home.
“May pop today… may pop tomorrow”
Most water heaters nowadays with proper maintenance can last over 10 years. However, 22 years in the attic of a home that has had flooding issues in the past was a big red flag 🚩
Luckily, Turnpike provides thorough inspections while on the job and notified the customer.
Later that week the water heater was replaced and the customer was very thankful for our services.

- Drip water at plumbing fixtures on exterior walls
-Put covers on hosebibs around house
-Keep heat under pier and beam houses
- Insulate any exposed water lines
