We’re wrapping up construction at Savannah at Ankeny, a 224-unit luxury townhome community featuring 36 single-story buildings in Ankeny, Iowa.

Beyond the homes, the community features a clubhouse with a leasing office, resident gym and community room, along with outdoor amenities including grill stations and firepits.

We’re proud to see this project come together and excited for residents to enjoy everything this new community has to offer!

Excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of Wilkenson Waters Apartments in Lino Lakes! 🎉

This exciting new development will feature two apartment buildings with 200 units and a beautiful community clubhouse. The vision for this development includes more than just the apartment buildings, with future sites planned for townhomes, retail, and senior living, creating a vibrant mixed-use community for years to come.

We want to thank all of the team members who have helped bring this project to life, including Knute Development, North Oaks Company, CRW Architects, ISG, Studio Grey, and everyone else involved in making this project possible.
