From Construction to Celebration!🎉

In November 2025, Benson-Orth began construction on Kitchen & Rail in Golden Valley — and from day one, it’s been go, go, go to bring this beautiful restaurant space to life.

Today, our team had the honor of attending the soft opening, and seeing the finished space in action was incredibly rewarding. Even more impressive — the “before” photos were taken just two weeks ago. Our team worked hard to transform the space into what you see today.

A big thank you to Thielen + Green Architecture for partnering with us, and to the entire Kitchen & Rail team for trusting us with your vision. Great projects happen when strong teams come together.

We also want to give a special shoutout to our own Triston. He started at Benson-Orth as a Project Engineer, and this was his first project serving as Project Manager. We’re proud of the leadership and dedication he brought to the job and look forward to many more projects with Triston leading the way.

As 2025 comes to a close, we’ve taken some time to reflect on the year and the work that shaped it.

This past year wasn’t about one big moment or milestone. Instead, it was defined by consistent effort, strong collaboration, and the relationships that make our work possible. Project by project, conversation by conversation, 2025 reinforced the importance of doing things the right way and staying grounded in the values that guide us.

Throughout the year, we shared insights and resources intended to help clients and partners better understand the construction process. Whether it was offering guidance on planning, breaking down technical topics, or simply starting thoughtful conversations, our goal was to contribute clarity and transparency wherever we could. We believe good projects start with shared understanding, and that belief continued to shape our approach in 2025.

Our work across commercial, industrial, multi-family, and tenant improvement projects allowed us to stay engaged in building spaces that serve real needs. Each project brought its own challenges, reminders, and lessons. We’re grateful for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to be part of work that will have a lasting presence in the communities we serve.

Internally, 2025 was also a year of appreciating the people behind the work. The dedication, problem-solving, and teamwork shown by our crew and staff is what makes steady progress possible. We’re proud of the way our team continues to show up with care, accountability, and respect for one another.

We were also thankful for opportunities to stay connected beyond the job site. Supporting local events, causes, and community efforts remains an important part of who we are, and those moments offered meaningful reminders of why community matters in our industry.

As we look ahead, we do so with gratitude. For our clients, our partners, and our team — thank you for being part of this year with us. We’re carrying the lessons of 2025 forward as we continue building with intention in the year ahead.

Last week, we had such an amazing time at Luceline Brewing celebrating the Merry Axe-Mas party. It was a great night bringing people together, giving back to the local community, and celebrating the season alongside so many familiar faces. Less than a week until Merry Axe-Mas, and we couldn’t be more excited! Benson-Orth is proud to support an evening of live music, good beer, and a whole lot of community joy on December 8 from 4 to 8 PM at Luce Line Brewing. This event helps put guitars into the hands of kids through Free Guitars 4 Kids, complete with a silent auction and plenty of festive energy.
