Great week up in Fremont County this week. Was able to assist our client with moving from an aged electric resistant heating system into a Cold Climate Heat Pump (with bonus free Air Conditioning). Should cut electricity usage by about 50%! We applied all available rebates and some unique financing offered through the utility provider for a payment of only $106 per month!

Finished up a BEAUTIFUL post and beam home in the shadows of Colorado's 14ers today.

This home was built as a summer get away in 1985. No cooling and heat was provided by a single pellet stove.

Q: What happens if it can't keep up with you homes needs?

A: the Inteli Heat learns from events when the conditions require the need for your furnace and starts to predict those conditions. This prediction makes the change over seamless and maximizes comfort while minimizing your reliance on fossil fuels.

Problem area in just one room? We can solve that too!

Customer's primary bedroom was on the second floor, with S and W exterior walls, dark siding, large windows, and a sweeping staircase from the main floor creating a heat trap of 80+ degree nights in the bedroom.

No longer, we measured, discussed options and aesthetics, and added a 4 way ceiling cassette to this single room.

Cold climate heat pumps are very, very, sensitive to their refrigerant charge. Verifying line set distances and using design tools, we add refrigerant to new installs to the 1/100th of a pound to insure performance, capacity, and proper operation are never compromised.
