Fall is in the air at 360! 🍂🎃
Our team got into the spirit of the season with a pumpkin painting happy hour at the office! From spooky designs to colorful creations, it was a fun opportunity to step away from our desks and show off some artistic skills. Who knew our engineers had so much creative talent?!

A behind-the-scenes look at the future home of Colorado Public Radio!
Our Director of Technical Staff, Brennen Guy, joined the project team for a tour of CPR’s new headquarters, currently under construction in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The adaptive reuse project is transforming a 1950s concrete office building into a modern broadcast facility while thoughtfully integrating the existing structure and building systems.

Brennen offered insight into the thinking behind the project’s mechanical systems, including opportunities to reuse existing equipment while improving energy performance and keeping costs in mind.

Thank you to SDA Denver for organizing the event and bringing the AEC community together for a closer look at the project. We also appreciate Semple Brown, KL&A, and Group14 Engineering for sharing their expertise and insights into the strategies shaping CPR’s new home. We’re excited to see it come to life!

She spoke about achieving successful project collaboration through mindset, skills, and processes.

We’re incredibly proud to see Lexie representing 360 and sharing her experience and insights with Denver’s AEC community. Her leadership, passion, and commitment to bringing people and ideas together make her an important part of our team.

Building Smarter for Colorado State Patrol
There’s something rewarding about uncovering what a building needs today and helping owners plan for tomorrow.

Our recent assessments of ten Colorado State Patrol facilities across Northern Colorado and the Eastern Plains did just that, identifying priorities that support proactive maintenance, smarter budgeting, and long-term facility performance.

It was great to collaborate with Workshop 40 Architects and AE Design on this effort!

Our team volunteered at the Dinosaur Ridge Main Visitor Center, lending a hand while enjoying some time together outside the office. It was a great way to support a place that connects our community with Colorado’s incredible natural history.

Thank you to the Friends of Dinosaur Ridge team for having us and for the work you do to preserve and share this special place!
