Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Tim ventured into setting tile for himself, working under the guidance of a mentor who imparted timeless styles and techniques. These lessons became the foundation upon which Lantz Construction & Remodeling stands today – a testament to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. As the years unfolded, Tim found himself collaborating with painters, electricians, cabinet experts, and other skilled professionals. Little did he know, he was building a family beyond his own, creating a network of trusted subcontractors. A huge heartfelt thank you to Henry Mecardo for trusting us with your home project and for the incredible honor of gifting us a piece of his legacy — a deer mount that will proudly hang in The Pit for years to come.

A very special thank you to Yvonne Gonzales for connecting us with her father and trusting us with this project. It was such a wonderful surprise to realize that Yvonne is also behind one of our favorite local treasures, Cornerside Homemade Goodies — the same place we’ve happily gone to for her amazing homemade jellies!

Meeting Yvonne and her husband Lenny was an absolute pleasure, and their kindness and hospitality truly meant so much to us. From the thoughtful homemade goodies to the unforgettable banana cake made from a cherished family recipe, we felt incredibly blessed.

We are beyond grateful for the trust, generosity, and meaningful connections built along the way.
