We added in electrical outlets HVAC ducts installed a door in the hallway with new light switch. Insulated, hung, tape and floated sheetrock, textured and painted. Well my guys killed it again without surprise!! Even with all of the rain we have had we started 1-4-23 and finished 2-8-23. This has been my absolute largest project to date (1450 SQ’s) but with Gods grace it is the first of MANY. I surpassed my own expectations with the scheduling and material orderin/ delivery and staging to a complex with such a small footprint and extra space. Yes the residents were inconvenienced some with access but a lot less than they could’ve been. Thank you to the Board members and residents at Quarters at Dutchtown for trusting me from day one with the entire inspection/insurance process. This entire complex was bought and paid for by insurance for HAIL damage all because of the preparation and documentation that I provided them.

I want to thank my wife and family for believing in me on this venture and for being patient with ALL of the late nights and weekends and countless functions I missed learning to be the BEST at what I do for my customers.

Last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST I want to thank God for giving me the drive and ability to continuously learn and stay on top of codes and guidelines for my customers. I thank God for blessing my business and my family as we work to bless our communities with the best jobs/projects that they deserve.

Mrs Joann Stephens new roof is complete. We took the same quality materials and craftsmanship and applied it in the ”Giveaway” (I like to call it BLESSING) roof as we do for every other roof we do. Stripped down to bare plywood, changed out 4 rotten pieces of plywood, new drip edge, new turbine,and ice and water barrier at slope change, eaves edge, wall flashing and roof openings. We even brought her up to code on the vent stack with a new one at the correct length. Like and follow my page and you can read the story of this Free roof replacement.

So when I started out in my business, I said I want to help my community. From day one I have tried to stay true to that. I sponsor countless local school activities including teacher appreciation, and youth sports. We even sponsor tournament baseball and softball teams from around our parish. We have given major discounts to law enforcement officers on roof replacements.
We have donated to families that are fighting the good fight against cancer.

None of that has been mentioned until now and the only reason it is brought up now is to lead into this story and to show it’s not just a one off.

This is our first completely FREE ROOF REPLACEMENT. Yes you read that correctly we are covering all materials and labor. We are installing the same CertainTeed Landmark in a Georgetown Grey Max Def with a lifetime manufacturer warranty with 10 year non pro rated and giving our own 2 year install warranty that I provide on all roof replacements.

I was contacted by Bryan Stephens to go and tarp his moms (Joann Stephens) roof around Christmas. I went and tarped it and gave them a price for a replacement. Fast forward to last Thursday night, it was around 11:30 pm I was the only one awake and all of a sudden Mrs Joann popped into my mind. All I could think was I’m going to give her a free roof. I called Bryan Friday morning to tell him my decision. During our conversation and me explaining why and how it came about he explained that Mrs. Joann had found out that she had breast cancer just two weeks earlier and that on the very day before (Thursday) she had some tumors removed. That just confirmed with me why she popped into my mind and that what I was feeling I needed to do was TRUELY MEANT TO HAPPEN. I went by to tell Mrs. Joann that materials were ordered and they would be delivered that evening or Monday and she was clueless to the surprise in fact she was trying to figure out how she was to pay for it bc her roof needed replacing.

Today we are doing the roof and Mrs Joann came out to talk to me about the payment plan. When I told her I was paying for it and it was no cost to her she started crying ( I may or may not have had something in my eye)

This makes me feel GOOD as a human first and foremost but also as a Local Business Owner. I want to THANK GOD for allowing me the opportunity to bless someone and give him the Glory for blessing my business to the point that I can follow his lead and pay it forward.
