We provide engineered drawings for you to take to the county to get your building permit.

Our kits are assembled and delivered within 4 weeks of order placement.

For this build Georgia Outdoor Products poured a 54’ x 60’ x 4” Concrete Slab with Footers
(Price of slab $37,500)

We constructed the 30’ x 60’ x 12’ steel tube construction barndominium shell with (2) 12’ x 60’ porches. The exterior was completed and the interior was a wide open space for the customer to finish out to their liking. The customer wanted to do as much of the interior finishing themselves to save money. The customer provided their own windows and doors & we framed out the window & door openings according to the specs provided by the customer. The cost of the constructed barndo shell was @$70,000.
