We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, but that’s only because things have been ridiculously busy around here! 🙏

We figured a check-in was overdue, so here’s a look at some of the trusses currently making their way through our shop. In the next couple weeks, these trusses will be heading off to another one of our Amazon projects up in the Bay Area of California.

Weighing in at around 11,000 lbs each, these structural steel trusses feature L6x6x1 and L5x5x3/4 top and bottom chords, with 1" gusset plates, 1-1/2" SQBR, and L4x4x3/4 web members throughout. Once on site, they’ll become part of a moment frame system and supported by W44x408 moment frame columns.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes right now, and we’re looking forward to sharing more of what’s making its way through the shop. Stay tuned!! 🏗️⚙️

Last week, our team had the opportunity to attend the NASCC Steel Conference in Atlanta, and it did not disappoint.

From reconnecting with long-standing industry partners to building relationships with new faces, the energy throughout the convention was unmatched. It’s always a reminder of how strong and collaborative the steel industry community can be, and truly is with most.

Atlanta treated us well in more ways than one and the food alone was phenomenal and completely worth the trip to the city. Safe to say, if we stayed much longer, we’d all be coming back a 20 pounds heavier.

Beyond the networking, we spent time exploring the latest advancements in technology for the industry. We’re excited about the products that we’re bringing back to Arizona and how they’ll allow us to continue delivering smarter, more efficient solutions for our customers—both new and long-standing.

Grateful for the experience, the conversations, and the continued growth of our industry. We’re already looking forward to next year!
