We perform all phases of coatings application on tanks, structural steel, other metals, and concrete. We specialize in plant shutdown services providing, if needed, 24 hour operations. Scott McLaughlin — Vice President / Project Manager (15 years) — A graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Scott has spent the past fifteen years building an impressive range of expertise across Sales, Equipment Maintenance, Purchasing, Proposal Writing, and Employee Training. His strong work ethic and professionalism come through on every project he touches.

Drew Myskowsky — General Superintendent (12 years) — Drew is a highly skilled coatings contractor with decades of experience. He holds OSHA 30, MSHA, AMPP C5/CAS certifications, along with CPR & First Aid training — all of which he brings to every job, ensuring our work consistently meets the quality standard Phillips is known for.

As April 2026 comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to recognize three members of the Phillips Industrial Services team for their dedication and service:

Joanna Phillips (Supervisor) – has been with us 18 years.
James Rose (Supervisor) – has been with us 11 years.
Tim Shiers (Supervisor) – has been with us 17 years.

Each one is CPR & First Aid Certified and brings their MSHA & OSHA 30 knowledge to each job site.
