Get your maintenance. An investment. The things we find. Saved a motor from early failure. Drip plugs were not removed . Leaves rusting out unit bottom. Contactors about to fail. All corrected.

ZONE SYSTEM. HEAT STRIPS NOT WORKING. WIRED UP WRONG. BYPASS DAMPER NOT WORKING. WAS FORCED WIDE OPEN. WHITE WIRE SHOULD BE ON W1/E. NOT W2. THEY HAD NO BACK HEAT LAST NIGHT WHEN IT WAS 20 DEGREES. HEAT PUMP HAD NO HELP. NO DISCHARGE AIR TEMP SENSOR OR DEDICATED POWER SUPPLY FOR ZONE BOARD.
