An experiment. A man's home is his castle, so that is what we build. This will not greatly increase the property taxes, being it is an addition vs new construction. IL taxes are the highest in the nation, so that saves thousands every year. In this case 4 to 5 thousand per year.

This build now has a new roof on a new garage addition and using some of the old siding from the side we added on to with new siding we matched it with. We will add the doors and finish out the interior next.

Sometimes my guys really impress me with the work they do. These floors had multiple layers of different coatings on them. Old types of solvent based coatings the new paint st*****rs couldn't touch. They were rotted and had termite damage in place. Had newspapers on the for 50 years for whatever reason, and the ink and resins had stained them deep.

But they worked on them with several types of machines and hand tools and they look amazing now even without the final sand, which will happen next week with 200 grit.

You can't buy flooring anywhere I know that could match this now. They look incredible.
