A big thank you to everyone who joined us for another Kindness Matters community service project at Goshen Stars Soccer Club.

Employees and family members helped mulch around more than 250 newly planted trees and created memorial stones to honor loved ones. It was a great evening of giving back, spending time together, and helping care for a space that serves so many families in our community.

Thank you to Goshen Stars for partnering with us, and to all of the volunteers who came out to lend a hand.

This spring, a group of our frontline leaders is participating in a leadership series program in partnership with Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership / Purdue University.

Throughout the program, participants are strengthening leadership skills, collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives, and gaining practical tools to support their teams and operations.

We appreciate the commitment and engagement shown throughout the training and look forward to the capstone presentations later this month.
