What does it mean when we say Ancon is 100% Employee Owned?

It means the people you work with at Ancon aren't just employees — they're Employee-Owners with a stake in the company's success.

Our employee-ownership story goes back decades, eventually leading to Ancon becoming 100% Employee Owned in 1999.

Designed around a mission. Built to make a difference.

Ancon Construction is proud to receive a 2026 Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Indiana and Kentucky Award of Merit for Ryan's Place – Home for Healing Hearts in Goshen.

From the earliest conversations, this project was about creating much more than a building. The 18,000-square-foot facility was thoughtfully designed around the way Ryan’s Place supports children, teens, adults and families as they navigate grief.

From spaces for reflection, creativity and connection to the signature treehouse at the heart of the building, every detail supports the organization’s mission.

Thank you to our Employee-Owners, the Ryan’s Place team and our project partners who worked together to bring this meaningful vision to life.
