MJ Construction, LLC MJ Construction is a custom builder of New Homes and Remodeling. We have been building homes in this community since April 1998.

MJ Construction began in April 1998. The owners, Mark and Jeremy Love, are cousins and come from a heritage of home building. We take pride in building a quality house for our customers to call home. With attention to detail and the use of quality contractors our homes really do show that we care about the homes we build and the relationships we have with our customers.

The dates for this year's parade will be:
📅 Saturday, June 20 & Sunday, June 21
📅 Thursday, June 25 – Sunday, June 28

Tickets are $8 and are currently available for purchase at the Builders Association of Elkhart County or can be purchased at each of the homes for $10.

One ticket allows you to visit or walk through all the houses participating in the 2026 Parade of Homes.

More locations to purchase tickets will be available soon.
