5 years ago today I started my job at ENI. This post isn’t about my accomplishments but rather my gratitude. I would like to thank some people that got me to today.
I want to thank Robyn Estey, Andy Leonard and Rob Macaulay for taking a chance on me.
Andy you taught me a lot about finance and running a business in a short time. You also taught me the value of “waiting them out.” Thank you!!
Robyn your patience and guidance made learning so easy. Thank you for turning the reins over to me.
I wouldn’t be where I am today personally or professionally without the support of you Rob. Your trust and belief in me has made a huge impact on my life. Thank you for allowing me to be unafraid to fail and also unafraid to succeed!
I also want to thank my coworkers for all of the laughs and learning along the way. You are quite the cast of characters and I appreciate what you bring to my life.
Lastly I want to thank Vern Fuller II. Wherever you are Vern, I want you to know that your lunchtime pep talks gave me the confidence to push through.
Thanks to the ENI family and community for 5 great years!!!! I’m very grateful!

ENI Mechanical, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager. This position includes leading all aspects of managing the warehouse, buildings and grounds, and delivery operations. The position will act as the direct liaison between project managers and field trades people and delivery people. The following list of responsibilities is representative of daily tasks and operations.
• Offload materials and equipment delivered to the shop
• Log and organize materials and equipment for future shipments
• Manage delivery drivers and schedule jobsite deliveries in conjunction with project managers
• Develop tool tracking process and tool maintenance program
• Oversee routine fleet maintenance to include registrations and inspections
• Supervise and participate in buildings & grounds maintenance
Qualifications
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Leadership skills

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in these trades. Specifically looking for foreman/leaders within the industry. Current work includes Federal and State wage rates.
Benefits include:

Empire Northeast is thrilled to announce that we were recently awarded the Mechanical HVAC Contract for the Gouverneur Central School Capital Improvement Project Phase 2. We are already underway on Phase 1 which is the Athletic Field at The Middle School where we are performing both Mechanical and Electrical Contracts. In total, we are fortunate to be managing $15 million of the $57.38 million dollar project. To date, this is the largest single Prime Contract we have been awarded in our 40 year history. We are proud to be supporting our local schools and community and will strive to support all aspects of this project professionally and timely.

We would also like to note that we are currently performing work for 6 other local School Districts; General Brown CSD, Heuvelton CSD, Hammond CSD, Lowville CSD, OFA CSD, and Watertown CSD along with many other projects spread throughout the North Country.

We are very fortunate to be working with all of the School Districts and other clients/customers, and also to have the support of all of our Staff, Employees, Subcontractors, and each and everyone's family.

It is a very busy time at Empire Northeast!

A very proud evening for ENI. NNY Builder’s Exchange recognized the company for Excellence in Construction and Craftmanship. RSI, Structural Associates, and C&S Companies were also recognized for separate projects. It wasn’t until last night that we realized ENI played significant roles in 3 of the 4 projects. How cool is that!!!!
Way to go guys. You’re killing it out there!

Empire Northeast was awarded the Northern NY Builders Exchange 2024 Excellence in Construction and Craftmanship Award for one of our most challenging projects to date. This Design Build Project for Fort Drum Building P-10690 Network Enterprise Center consisted of a complete upgrade of all HVAC equipment for spaces that house all of the Main Data Hub for Fort Drum and is critical for the Mission of the 10th Mountain Division. Thank you goes out to all ENI employees involved in this project and also our team members for such and outstanding project.

Rest in Peace Jim. Jim was a huge part of the Empire Northeast Family for 23 years and always thought of by so many after his retirement. We all loved seeing Jim coming our way. His dedication, work ethic, and smile will forever be unmatched. Jim was a very relentless man, he came to the Christmas Party this year which was less than 3 weeks ago. Jim and his family are in our thoughts and our hearts. You surely will be missed by this family. ❤️😇
