Breaking in new equipment and moving a lot of material. Hauled off 4,000 yards of dirt, undercut 2,300 yards of unsuitable material on one house pad undercut 500 yards of unsuitable material on another one and hauled in suitable material for both house lots and brought up to grade.

That’s a wrap on this project for now! We graded out the building pad, parking lot, and back-filled where curb and gutter will be placed. After utilities are put in, we’ll be back to do the final grade!
