Tapping some M8x1.25’s on 0.375” HRPO steel.

90-degree chamfer both sides of the hole (helps keep it clean).

Saving some bending time…

By joining parts into an array we’re able to bend 10x units at once. We did this by using common line cutting and micro-joints inside of our nesting program. The key is making the micro-joints thick enough to hold, but not too thick that you get a nasty burr when you split the parts.

Just added 80mm lower die to our inventory! This will allow for 3/8” (0.375”) plate bending. Just 12” wide (to start). If you need something this thickness bent- let me know! 🙏🏼

Using break off tabs as a bend reference point…

On this part we had no way of referencing the last bend- so we added break off tabs on either side of the part to act as a reference point. Once the bend was done we just snapped them off.
