Don't let this happen to your property! Recent rain events caused oil to be flooded out of this underground oil tank. The fill pipe is broken off below ground surface with a makeshift plastic cover had been placed over it. Oil has run downhill to the house and entered the crawlspace. Petroleum odors entering the house from the crawlspace have made living in the house unsafe. Oily water has also appeared down gradient from the house as evidenced by the dead grass and staining.
