Happy Birthday to one of my middle's. Blake I'm so happy to be your Father. Today is his 1st day of 4th grade. He came out of 3rd grade with strong grades and leaps of improvement. He is a super help to his under siblings even when they don't think they need him. He is a strong young boy. He practiced all summer in baseball and made his very 1st select baseball team with Calvary baseball after several failures he never gave up. He made me practice with him over and over to prove his worth to something that was important to him. I'm excited to see what all this fall has to offer him and what he learns for each challenges are for him. I love you Blake. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your life.

I've wanted to build this for years. I went back and forth on doing a 3 bed 2bath. I decided on a duplex. Everything is laid out where I can convert to a 3 bed 2 bath in the future. But as of now a duplex will work better as a investment. Thanks for all the support from my friends and family over the years.

Today we where going to finish a deck that we was in the middle of and I changed my mind when I got to job. Spray foam guy said they could spray in a week. We moved the well pump to center of the farm weeks ago. Today we welded up the Frame work up in the old carport area and sheeted 2/3 of it. It went super smooth today. I feel blessed to have a great right hand.
