It's always a little sad to see an old building go, but sometimes they're not worth saving. This 1930's carriage house was pretty rotted and in too poor of a condition to refurbish, so our excavator made quick work of it.

We also hydroseeded 4,000 square foot of lawn affected by the project.

Today we completed the backfill on the garage addition in Pittsfield. We also extended the existing foundation drain into a drywell. This site was a little difficult because of the tight conditions, but we got it done!
