Rick Pothier led a Low Voltage Controls and Wiring Training at Windsor Winair — a full class with 31 technicians in attendance.

The session included an overview of the Resideo Elite Pro and Focus Pro thermostats, along with L Series leak detection products.

Steve Nowak, our new sales rep for the area, was also in attendance. Great turnout and a strong session all around!

What a fantastic turnout at the PHCC of MA Trade Show this past Saturday, March 7!

Our heating and plumbing teams were hard at work networking and educating contractors and other industry professionals on our product lines. Events like this are always a great opportunity to connect with the people who keep our industry moving forward!

Christopher Benjamin, Brad Walsh, and Mark Brannelly recently completed two impactful days of ElitePro Training last week, with Sam Heiden, one of Resideo’s expert trainers. 💡

📍 Day 1 was hosted at Trillium Brewing Company — a great setting for strong networking, great food, and engaging conversation.

📍 Day 2 took place at F.W. Webb Company, where attendees continued the learning experience with a productive session and lunch.

Two days filled with education, collaboration, and valuable industry connections. 👏
