University of North Dakota Formula SAE The University of North Dakota Formula SAE Team(UND FSAE)

We are currently in the process of designing, engineering, and manufacturing a high performance formula SAE racecar for the 2018 Formula SAE Collegiate Competition. FSAE IC Michigan 2026 Post 1 ✅

While this year’s FSAE competition did not go as planned, it was still an incredible week for the UND Motorsports Team. The team worked incredibly hard all week not just for themselves and this year, but to build a base for future years of our program. From this hard work, the team has a running and driving car that passes FSAE rules compliance. The team ran into an obstacle in our braking system, and is now already working on fixing the issue to race the car by the end of the summer in some upcoming events.

Here are some of this year’s major milestones!
1) 11th of 117 Teams in Business Presentation
2) 27th of 117 Teams in Cost Report
3) Passed Mechanical Tech, Noise Test, and Tilt Test for First Time in 4 Years
4) First Running and Driving Car from UND In 4 Years
