On Tuesday, we kicked off Manufacturing Month and our United Way campaign with campaign chairs Dave and Rachel Richardson. They shared how the Red Cross helped them in the past and how our contributions support United Way agencies as they serve our communities. We followed it up with a delicious meal for everyone!

Stay tuned for more fun from our campaign this week! 🎉

From raw material to finished product, Larry gets to see the whole process.

After nearly 20 years at Chief Fabrication, there’s still something special about watching the work move from one department to the next and seeing what it becomes.

And for Larry, that pride goes even deeper when he thinks about how far Chief has come.

Last week, we celebrated our September Anniversaries and Service Award recipients. 🎉

Along with those approaching the 10-year milestone, we also celebrated some incredible long-standing anniversaries - 15, 18, 27, and an amazing 34 years of service! That’s a lot of experience, dedication, and hard work under one roof!

Congratulations to all our September honorees and thank you for the years you’ve dedicated to our team! 👏

Happy Manufacturing Month! 🙌🏼

October is Manufacturing Month. At Chief, it’s a chance to recognize the people who put their skills to work every day.

Across Chief, our teams make products our customers depend on. Their work matters to the businesses we serve and the communities we call home.

To our manufacturing teams: thank you for the care you take and the pride you bring to your work. Manufacturing matters, and so do the people behind it.

Congratulations to our August Service Award recipients and everyone celebrating a work anniversary this month! 👏

This month brings an extra-fun milestone, three employees celebrating 20 YEARS...and believe it or not, all three started on the very same day! 🎊 That’s 60 years of combined dedication and experience! The teamwork = priceless!

Beyond that, we also celebrated 22, 23, and 36 years of service! A true testament to the loyalty and dedication of our employees!

Thank you to all of our honorees for the time, talent, and commitment you bring to our team. We’re lucky to have you! 🎉

With the State Fair just around the corner, we traded in our work boots for tennis shoes and hit the streets to help clean up ahead of the busy weeks to come! 👟☀️

A big thank you to all of our volunteers who helped lend a hand—you make giving back to our community that much more fun!

Fabrication Nation took on the Grand Island Games! 🎉

While we didn't bring home 1st place, we came away with some great memories, LOTS of laughs, and quality time together outside of work.

A huge shoutout to everyone who participated! Together, we earned the Corporate Cup for having the largest team represented by employees and spouses! 🏆

Can’t wait to do it again next year! 💪
