It's alive- well sort of. First start and there is a whistling noise that isn't the supercharger itself although it does make the appropriate noises. It has a pretty good sized vacuum leak from a 3d printed fl**ge that wasn't very flat and that is absolutely shrieking like a jet engine. Also it would not take throttle very well, probably because of the vacuum leak. But hey, i expected things to need tweaking, fixing and tuning. After finding the leak i lapped that part flat on a piece of granite starting with 80 grit then on to 120, and 400. I will put this back on tomorrow see if things are better. I am not concerned about the runners being sealed as they have an o ring in compression.. Also need to wire up the EGT probes and display

This is what i have been working on most recently, a joint project with my friend who owns the car, a Triumph TR6. All my 3D printed aluminum parts look fantastic after v***r blasting and are ready to go! I am getting close to having it running with its new setup. I just received my redesigned inlet runners and 6 rib pulley. All the holes that needed threads have now been tapped, gaskets have been printed and carb mounting isolator made, I modified the throttle arm and moved the cable securing tab from its original location. For some reason there is no pull type cable arm for 48DCOE so i had to modify one for a 45. One thing i did notice about 3d printed aluminum is that it welds really nicely. No problem at all which is what you might expect from super clean and uniform density material. I am printing a new connector hose for the diverter valve and should have that in place tomorrow. All that is left is everything else!

Here are a bunch of Jag parts i just blasted for a personal project. What can i do to help with your projects?

I haven't posted for a while because i have been super busy with about 20 projects at once. It's a bit like setting your hair on fire! Anyway heres a photo dump of whats been going on. Some of it is v***r blasting, some design work, fabrication, rebuilding, 3d printing and working on a bunch of Jags.
