Bar tile, LED lighting in, wainscoting going up, staining of the millwork and wainscoting as fast as it’s being installed and delivery of some stainless kitchen equipment. It’s been a busy week.

Our flooring contractor worked through the weekend to get the floors , ground, stained and polished. The floor looks amazing! Preferred Dallas, LLC has done several projects with us and they have always done a first class job.

We started negotiating this project a year ago this past November. Worked up preliminary budget, some design, layout and securing an architect to produce construction documents. This is our largest project so far, just under 8000 square feet.

Small last minute remodel, customer had a small fire so he decided to give it a little facelift and we had to rush to get it done so they could reopen.
Replacement of ceiling tiles, lighting, paint, some additional wainscot and stain.
A shout out to our subcontractors for dropping what they were doing to make this happen.
