It was October 1st yesterday and man, have we been. busy. 👏🏼👏🏼
Between rental certification processing + showings, tenant meet & screening, client calls and emails, invoices, payroll, estimate appointments + sending them out, we are out here de•live•ering.
We look forward to some major rental upgrades and projects coming up (which will keep us busy into February 2026 as of right now). ˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ To say our customer is happy would be an 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵. This was a custom paint and cabinet door project that we undertook and we are beyond happy with the results. Lots of steps took place to make this dream a reality (precise measurements, outsourcing cabinet doors/drawers/hinges, investing in new tools, make shifting a paint room in our warehouse to assemble and paint all of the required supplies, etc.). Definitely worth all of the time and effort- Thanks for looking and liking/supporting our line of work!

【Ｔｉｐ】: Now’s a great time to prepare for the rainy season especially if you have indoor water damage repairs needed done. Just make sure the main issue or cause of the water damage has been identified and/or inspected. In most cases, you can make a claim with your insurance company to sometimes help offset costs for any major repairs that might be required.

For the Gordon’s it was finally finishing an existing screened in porch (which included trim and ceiling paneling as well as testing an existing electrical outlet).
