With 807 yards of concrete, 23 tons of rebar, and over 10.5 miles of post-tension cable, the fifth podium is placed. Pours like this are won in the details — and this team nailed them.

What started out as a crane pad installation job expanded as the customer inquired about other services. By the end of the project, we also removed warehouse racking, modified the existing CMM room, constructed a compressor room, enlarged overhead door openings, completed office improvements, and added a shipping office.
