Construction is underway at Lake District Flats in Ludington, where BCI Construction is providing Construction Management services for this four-building apartment community along the lakeshore. The project includes 97 one- and two-bedroom units, with buildings turning over in phases through the summer. Watch for progress updates as we move toward completion.

Cool things are happening at Tolman’s Meats in Grand Rapids! BCI is renovating former indoor loading dock space to create additional freezer storage and expand cold storage capacity. We’re proud to support Tolman’s Meats’ continued growth with this specialized project.
