Sometimes Michigan weather throws us a curveball, and this weeks warm up is exception. We had a customer that had been waiting two months for two rooftop units to be replaced. By the time the new units arrived, frost laws were in effect, limiting transportation for the crane we needed to lift them into place.
But giving our customers the runaround isn’t how Pleune does business.
Our team rallied together and partnered with our crane company to find a solution. The answer: a weekend delivery.
Our incredible technicians stepped up, worked a Saturday shift, and got those units installed so our customer didn’t have to wait one day longer.
