I was recently hired to help my client restore a furniture set that had been in the family since it was new. He will be getting the set stripped and powder coated. Where he needed my help was with the chair glides. The existing glides were worn out and no longer available. He sent me one of the legs and i re-designed the glides. Then I 3D printed them out of Nylon 6. My client was thrilled and i was happy to be able to help him bring new life to his furniture set.

I was recently hired to help my client with the design of a Pediatric night brace design. His previous design was manufactured using vacuum forming witch produced a very flimsy product. I created a design for injection molding and the result was a much more useful product. Below are some pictures and video of the prototype i produced for him.
