We are also looking simply for hard working individuals with no experience and trainable that want to work in a great outdoors and indoor environment. Will pay extremely well for experience in any area of log homes or leadership skills. These skills include, caulking, chinking, media blasting, chinking, painting, staining, wood working, power washing. Paying anywhere from $18-$40 per hr based on experience. Grand Rapids MN area.
