Blue Skies Services & Mgt Providing all aspects of new home construction and select remodel. We focus our work into a couple of industries.

We are carpenters first, giving homeowners the advantage of working directly with the on-site team personally building their home and overseeing their project. In construction, we do exteriors, selective demolition, and will soon be adding interior finish work to our work areas. Exteriors include siding, roofing, windows, doors, and related areas of the building trades. In the outdoor services are

Framing Laborer and Assembler needed for residential construction crew. We frame roof and side new houses and selective remodel jobs. Our service area includes much of the west Michigan area within 1 hour of Grand Rapids. We work 5-6 days per week as weather permits, so the hours are available if you want them.

Starting wage for relatively inexperienced worker is $15/hr. Inexperienced means 1 year or less of full time work in construction.
***Open to wage negotiation if you have 2+ years of experience in the industry.***
W2 pay every week.

Job requirements:
Must have your own reliable transportation and valid license. No exceptions.
Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry in excess of 50 lbs over rough terrain. Must be able to work safely on step ladder, extension ladders and scaffolding.
Must understand how to use a tape measure, speed square, nail guns, power saws, and other equipment commonly associated with the industry.

We just finished up this beautiful ranch in Kalamazoo. Waiting on materials for a few odds and ends, but what a gorgeous project. Started framing in December. Occupancy will be granted in a couple of weeks.

Laborer needed for residential construction. We build custom single family homes. $15/hr to start for inexperienced worker. We typically work 5-6 days per week, all year long, so all the hours you could want are there. W-2 pay, checks every week. Must have valid license and reliable transportation.
