It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our colleague and friend, Art Saldivar, who passed away on 7.28.2022. Art passed away unexpectedly while he was surrounded by his loved ones. He was not just our co-worker but our good friend as well and a part of the AAT family. Art was an expert machinist and served the company for more than 20 years. He was a man of great character and his work ethic was impeccable. He was a father figure and a mentor to many that he worked with in the shop.

We will all miss him more than words can express.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the filing of all Accounts Payable invoices
- Review, verify, and input all vendor invoices and make note of due dates
- Verify and resolve vendor discrepancies
- 3-Way match all vendor invoices
- Provide timely response to vendor inquiries regarding status of invoices
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
- Code documents according to company procedures required
- Ensure proper tax information is collected from vendors for new vendor set up and completing the 1099 forms
- Audit all 1099 vendors in system to make sure system match forms
- Match checks to invoices and prepare checks for mailing
- Run weekly AP aging report
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Pay bills due
- Set up vendor accounts in QuickBooks

2021 was a great year at AAT! We hit yet another revenue milestone and came together on multiple occasions to celebrate the hard work each and every individual puts into the growth of this company. Although our usual Christmas Luncheon was held within premises to keep everybody safe, we still hit the ball out of the park with amazing décor and all the managers serving their employees; everyone enjoyed the delicious steaks and salmon specially made by Partner/President Glenn Mayberry.

Special thanks to Chairman/Owner Debbie MacDonald, Co-owner/CEO David MacDonald, and Partner/President Glenn Mayberry for arranging all the amazing gifts for White Elephant, hefty Christmas Bonuses, and everything they do for us at AAT.

Most importantly, each individual made it a point to give back to the community through the programs we have in place at AAT. We are beyond thankful for a blessed year and look forward to another great year.

2022- Here we come! Cheers to more shared successes in the new year!
