A few fun facts about Sherry:
✈️ One of the coolest things she’s ever done? Flying in an open-cockpit seaplane—equal parts terrifying and unforgettable.
🏝️ Favorite vacation spot: Cozumel, Mexico.
🐶 Outside of work, you’ll find her walking her dog Ella, hula hooping on the beach, or spending time with her husband at their local trap & s***t club.
🍦 Favorite snack? Ice cream (we can definitely get behind that).

Ben is a recent graduate of Central Michigan University and newlywed. When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him in the gym, spending time with family, or playing video games with his brothers.

We’re honored to be recognized by CWD Real Estate Investment for our involvement in the MEP Engineering for 111 Lyon. Cheers!

It is hard to believe that it is just over one month since we cut the ribbon on the historic 111 Lyon office-to-residential project in downtown Grand Rapids.

We recently put out an ad in Crain's Grand Rapids Business to recognize all of the contractors, subcontractors, and everyone who helped make this project a reality.

🔥 The smoky sky over our heads in Grand Rapids is a good reminder that indoor air quality matters too!

Whether you’re at home or at work, here are a few things worth checking while the smoke sticks around:

🏠 At Home
• Check or replace your furnace filter.
• Keep windows and doors closed when air quality is poor.
• If you’re running the A/C, use recirculate if your system has the option.

🏢 At Work
• Make sure HVAC filters are clean and installed correctly.
• Verify your building automation system (BAS) and outside-air settings are operating as intended.
• Keep exterior doors closed as much as possible to reduce smoke infiltration.

A few simple checks can make a big difference in the air you’re breathing.

Stay safe out there and hopefully the only smoke you smell this weekend is coming from your BBQ.
