Every year, Meat Day is one of our favorite traditions because it gives us the opportunity to recognize the people who make Advanced Welding & Steel what it is.
Behind every project, every deadline met, and every milestone achieved is a team of hardworking employees who show up each day with dedication, grit, and pride. We simply couldn’t do what we do without them.
This year, we decided to make our annual tradition even more memorable. Along with our Meat Day giveaway, we surprised every employee with a custom RTIC cooler featuring the Advanced Welding & Steel logo as a special thank-you for everything they do.
As an employee-owned company, we believe appreciation should be more than words. Investing in our people has always been at the heart of who we are, and while the custom coolers made this year’s celebration extra special, the gratitude behind this tradition is something that never changes.
