My apologies for the inactivity, lot of life changes in the last couple years from getting married and buying my first home.

I also wanted to announce that I will again be joining momence heritage days as the local blacksmith on June 10th! Hope to see you there!

Quite a different style blade from what I normally make. Micarta scales are definitely interesting to work with, nice thing is they are extremely durable and grippy even when wet.

Realized I never posted it on my Facebook timeline, so here it is lol.
A gift I forged for my father for Christmas this year, a type of tomahawk that has been around since the frontier of America known as a “pipe tomahawk/hatchet”, purpose was so that(from what I’ve gathered) the frontiers man could bring their pipe and tomahawk as one tool. This was forged out of a .50 caliber black powder rifle barrel, and the back end(opposite to the blade) is still open and to be used as the to***co bowl of a pipe, this handle doesn’t have a hole in it, however I will be getting a couple handles with holes through them here soon. The end of the handle is where you’d draw the smoke from(mouth piece if you will). I’m happy I was finally able to forge one for my father as it’s something he has always thought was cool and liked

A set of plant hanging brackets recently completed, no welds, just held together by steel clips!

Here is big "throw back Thursday". My very first forge that my Dad, Brian Stone, and I made out of an old grill. I was 13 years old in these photos and have learned a tremendous amount since then from many master blacksmiths.

A knife I’m absolutely stoked about! Love the black walnut scales!
