Espenshades Plumbing Heating and Cooling Espenshade's Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a family owned and operated full service plumbing, heating and cooling service supplier since 1961.

is a family-owned and operated business since 1961. Ken Espenshade started the business in 1961 because of his love of the trade as well as his love to serve others with his gift. He worked hard to build his reputation and prides himself on his customer service, dependability, and quality service. His two sons, Keith and Steve, joined the business as Service Technicians as soon as they were able t

o; they worked summers throughout high school and then joined full time upon graduation. They are both transitioning into retirement. His daughter, Michelle, worked through college and then became part of the management team. You will find Jim (Son-in-Law) handling estimation and management as well as working in the office. The tradition continues as the next generation, grandson Dylan, works as an HVAC technician to keep heating and a/c going. There are also hard-working, unrelated technicians: Chris, Steven, Evan, Ashton, and Jim. Jim and Michelle assumed ownership of Espenshade's in 2015. They intend to continue to offer excellent quality service for many more years to come. Our goal is to provide the best job that we possibly can at a reasonable cost.

Quick PSA for the day. As you are doing the cooking and cleaning and things go down the drain, be careful what you dump in the drain if you get a clog. Not only are drain opening products ineffective, they are very toxic to both you and our technicians, causing burns and severe skin irritation!

Please join me in welcoming Baby Bell into the world! Jaimi and Jeff were blessed with their new baby girl on Friday. We will certainly miss Jaimi in the office while she is out on maternity leave, but we are excited to welcome our granddaughter!
We ask that you offer some grace as we transition her responsibilities to Jeff in the office during her absence. Congratulations Jaimi and Jeff!

With temperatures dropping, don't forget to disconnect your hoses from your outside faucets to prevent freezing and damage when you go to use them in the spring!

Also, give us a call to get your furnace serviced, and reduce issues when the weather gets really cold!
