Following our wind damage inspection we determined this 24 years old roof was no longer available, or repairable. Insurance agreed and we are replacing the same week with a class 4 impact resistant shingle so they it can last them the next 20 years and save them on their insurance premiums!

Why the change? Over the years, our business has evolved, and we’ve made a strategic decision to focus exclusively on the exterior of homes and businesses. We are no longer taking on interior projects so that we can devote all our expertise and resources to storm restoration, exterior remodeling, and helping property owners protect and enhance their investment.

The name Preferred Exteriors reflects exactly what we do—and how we’re recognized in the industry.
