Happy New Year! We’ve had a great 2019, and we’re gearing up for an exciting year of growth and opportunity. Key players we’d like to talk to are below. Salary range is pretty wide (especially for administrative), and depends on qualifications. All positions are salary and include full benefits package.

1) Executive Assistant ($35k-$50k) or Office Manager (preferred, $50k-65k, negotiable)
2) Senior Survey Tech ($45k-55k) or Project Manager (preferred, $55k-75k, negotiable)
3) Contract (1099) Survey Party Chief part-time/as needed (negotiable)

Office Manager
Duties include, but not necessarily limited to: Answer phones and email, preliminary quote research, invoicing/receivables, payroll, marketing coordination, client relationship management, bookkeeping, supplies/inventory management, A/P, assist with financial reporting.

REQUIRED: Quickbooks experience, administrative experience, strong similar-industry references, client-facing experience.

Project Manager
Duties include, but not necessarily limited to: Prepare survey drawings, brief/debrief field crews, coordinate platting submittals and review, prepare construction staking calculations, QA/QC construction staking field data, risk management, scheduling, project cost management.
REQUIRED: Engineering survey/construction staking experience. AutoCAD Civil3d experience, project management experience.
