Phone has been ringing off the hook with all the high temps over the last month. Here are a few tips on how to keep your air conditioning unit running smooth:

❄️ Make sure your outdoor unit is clear of debris such as tall weeds, plants & sticks

❄️ Keep at least a 2 foot area around the unit free of grass clippings, leaves or access dirt

❄️ Change/clean your air filter at least every 2 months

❄️ Get  a clean and check to ensure your unit is working properly prior to the hot months

But if at the end of the day your unit is still not working, feel free to give us a call at 734-904-2399. We would be happy to stop by for a service call or give you a free quote on a new unit if needed.

Last night Lancaster Mechanical was presented with the award for a American Standard Top Performer in 2025 at the Munch Supply dealer meeting dinner in Detroit. We are so honored to achieved this goal, but we definitely can not take all the credit.

First and foremost, we thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for allowing our small business grow as it has since 2018. For getting us through the hard times and allowing us to enjoy the good.

Thank you to my amazing wife for putting up with the long nights and weekends. For always believing in me and being someone I can lean on when things get tough.

Thank you to Jacob Shong and Jack Gogol for being such hardworking and dedicated employees that have allowed me to reduce my work load and spend more time with my family .
