RGM May 2026 outing!!
We will be staying the weekend of May 15th-17th (Friday-Sunday) at Willow Creek Campground!

Cabins are still available. RV sites with full hookups and tent dry camping is also available. RV sites are available to tent and car campers, so you can use the power (for a heater) and water. And best of all, campfires are allowed!

Please call Willow Creek Campground ahead to make your reservations. You are responsible for paying your own lodging or campsite fees.

If you prefer to just come up for the day, either Saturday or Sunday, you can park in the campground and enjoy the group mining activities free of charge.

Willow Creek flows right through the campground and carries great gold! It is pans only in the campground area. However, we will have exclusive access to their private claim just upstream of the campground, which is within walking distance. We can also drive to other close access points for the claim. Once on the claim, we can use better and bigger equipment.

We will be putting on a members' appreciation BBQ, free to all members. Donations (to go towards future BBQs) will be accepted. Please provide side dishes like a potluck. We will provide chicken.

Hello loyal members! We will be having an outing on Saturday, November 22 at the Carlton Campground located on the Noth Fork Yuba River, near Downieville, CA. It is on Hwy 49 across from the Indian Valley Outpost. This outing is open to the public, no need to be a member to join us.

This will be a day of digging and fellowship. There is a Forestry maintained campground that is open to camping on site. Access is very easy and all ages are welcome. We hope to see you out there!

Very soon our prices will increase for new members to access our claims. With the price of gold and the rising costs of everything, the economy has forced this change.

The price for current members will not change. This only affects new and returning members. If you got in at a lower price, it will stay that way until your current account is canceled.

This will take affect on Oct 15th. If you sign up before then, your rate will be locked in at a lower rate. The new rates will be $25 a month, $260 a year and lifetime memberships will be $2500.

RGM Oct outing!! (The Dave Denzer Memorial Dig)

The Dave Denzer Memorial Dig at Willow Creek Campground will be on Friday October 17 thru the 19th. We will be having a Potluck on Saturday afternoon at 3 pm. If possible, bring some food to ad, if not, please come anyway. It will be a special weekend as we share our time together in honor of Dave. Dave was a devout family man and was a huge part of this group. He was taken from us way to early. We hope you can join us for this celebration of life.

We will hold a raffle with prizes like a sluice box, gold pans, gold, and much more! The cost is 1$ per ticket. You must be present at the time of drawing to win. The drawing will take place after the BBQ on Saturday night.
