First tiny house build out is a success so far! Converted a 12x10 into a living space to enjoy. Complete with full bath, kitchenette, with on demand hot water, adjustable bunks and for the winter months (a wood stove). Had a family of 4 move in for a weekend, and currently the owners are living in it for a medical revamp.
