🐾 Dog Owners: Is your pup accidentally killing your AC? 🐾
If your dog has a favorite spot next to your outdoor air conditioner, it could be costing you thousands.
Dog urine is highly acidic. When sprayed on your outdoor unit, it quickly dissolves the delicate aluminum fins and corrodes the copper lines inside.
The result?
Loss of efficiency(making your system work twice as hard costing you more money )
Refrigerant leaks.
A completely ruined unit years before its time.

💡 Quick Tip: Put up a small decorative fence around your unit to keep pets away, just be sure to leave about 2 feet of space for airflow. Lattice works perfectly.

We do custom work for contractors and homeowners as well creating necessary parts for our customers’ projects, to save them money, whenever possible.

Take a look at this simple chimney flashing that Alex Bolt cranked out yesterday!
