Helped an awesome family give their old house a facelift, they opted to do all the demo and install the house wrap. I did the install, a mix of LP and a couple different profiles of steel. Bent window and door caps on site. Also got rid of the cellar door and built an entryway over the existing stairs.

A leaking shower drain upstairs ruined this tile shower. After repairing all the water damaged framing we got the new tile work finished up.

This customer had a leaky metal roof due to its unique installation… We reused all the roof panels, but removed the rotted purlins and rigid insulation. Installed some roof sheathing, with some proper underlayment, and fresh neoprene fasteners on the metal.
