We are happy to announce that the Brown County Library-East Branch Remodel has recently been awarded the prestigious Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin 2024 Build Wisconsin award for “Commercial Renovation.” This honor adds to the growing list of accolades for the project, including the American Library Magazine's 2024 Library Design Showcase, The Daily Reporter's Top Projects for 2023, the City of Green Bay’s Mayor’s Beautification Award, and IIDA Wisconsin’s 2024 Celebrate in Design (1st place). We couldn't be more proud of the transformation this library has undergone and would again like to Thank Brown County Library and Somerville Architects & Engineers for being great partners on this project.

As we near the end of , we wanted to give a special shout out to our local libraries and library workers. Libraries are a place to connect with others, learn new skills, focus on encouraging people to read in their leisure time, improving incomes and health and developing a strong and happy family life. We encourage you to get out and explore what our local libraries have to offer. Especially the new East side Brown County Library.
