Our interns recently spent the day volunteering at Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin — a food bank serving over 20 counties across the region. Together, they helped weigh and package 7,000+ lbs of cheese crackers that will go directly to families in need.

Celebrating at the office today! 🍩

This sweet holiday dates back to 1938, started by the Salvation Army "Donut Lassies" who served donuts to WWI soldiers on the front lines. Our team got to enjoy donuts from as we collected donations for ! 💙

We had a blast sponsoring 4th graders at Bay Harbor Elementary this week! The students designed and built their own mini-golf hole using PVC pipes and dryer vents — real trade materials, real creativity.

Safe to say they've got a bright future ahead. Thanks for having us !

Our 2026 interns kicked off the summer with their first field trip this week!

A group of interns visited Tweet Garot's Wrightstown manufacturing facility for a tour led by Kyle Schneider, Executive Director of Manufacturing — a great chance to see our operations in action.

This year we welcome 15 interns across 11 departments — Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Accounting, Marketing, Construction/Project Management, Supply Chain, Virtual Construction, Custom Equipment Design, Payroll, and Software Services.

Each intern is paired with a mentor to build real-world experience in their field. We can't wait to see their growth over the next three months!

Finishing a Youth Apprenticeship while completing your senior year is no small feat. These three showed up, put in the work, and are walking away with real skills and a real future in the trades. That's something to be incredibly proud of.

As a proud union contractor, we're grateful for the continued partnership with Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 400 and Local 18 unions that are just as committed to investing in the next generation as we are. And a heartfelt thank you to Luxemburg-Casco High School for connecting students with opportunities like this and supporting these three every step of the way.

The trades are in great hands. Congratulations! 👏

Some projects leave an impact that goes far beyond the work itself.

This year, 10 members of our team traveled to San Pablo, Nicaragua with GivePower to install solar power at a school that had never had electricity. The teachers there walk 30 minutes each way to show up for their students every single day. Now they have the tools to match that dedication — and their students, already full of joy and curiosity, have a whole new world of learning ahead of them.

Small hands, big futures. 🔧

Recently our offices were a little louder, a little more curious, and a whole lot more fun. For Take Your Child to Work Day, kids earned their way through Tweet Garot with a department passport: Visiting IT, Engineering, and everywhere in between, before putting their mechanical skills to the test building lamps out of piping.

Watching the next generation get hands-on with the trades? That's what it's all about.

Tweet Garot is proud to have been represented at this year's Pipetrades Careers Awareness Fair for Women, hosted by Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 400.

Our own Kristen Vera had the opportunity to speak at this annual event, which connects women with career pathways in the pipetrades industry. Events like this play a vital role in growing awareness, breaking barriers, and building a more diverse workforce in the trades.
